This summer-inspired salad is crispy, green, and refreshing!
No cooking needed.
- 1/4 Green Leaf Lettuce Head (about 10 leaves) Cut up
- 1/2 red apple (cut up in small pieces, skin on)
- 1 red onion ring (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Monterrey-cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic (crushed/optional )and pinch of sea salt
- 1Rinse the lettuce, place into a deep bowl. Then add the cheese, red onion, apple, and vinegar mix.
